From The Pulpit:
Colossians 3:17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father throuhg him.
As we draw closer to God, and allow His indwelling Spirit to guide us into deeper truth; we discover areas of relationship with God in which we may become givers as well as receivers.
When we relate to God as our Father, when we come to Him not as feeble newborn babies, but as mature sons and daughters eager and willing to be dedicated and obedient fellow-workers with Him wherever He may use us, then we are giving Him the deep desire of His heart-the genuine fellowship for which He created us.
When we relate to Jesus Christ as our Lord and Master, we come as servants, offering Him our lives as "living sacrifices" to use for His eternal purposes.
When we relate to God the Holy-Spirit in-dwelling us, we discover Him as the Revealer of truth we need to know as the "still small voice" of conscience, as the enabler by whom we are strengthened and unquestioning obedience.
Thou art our God-the triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit--omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent!
We come to you as worshippers filled with Awe before mysteries far beyond our human understanding; and we lift our hands and hearts in joyous praise and adoration.
Holy! Holy! Holy! We praise You Father, We love You, We worship You, and we acknowledge You as Lord of all!
Praise Your Holy name; God, Praise Your Holy name!
Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
God Bless You,
Rev. Harvey J. Alexander, Pastor
